LEWES, DE.- A 53-year-old man has been arrested for reportedly stealing a camping trailer in Lewes.
LEWES, DE.- A 53-year-old man has been arrested for reportedly stealing a camping trailer in Lewes.
Lewes Police says Paul Rowan was arrested for the theft of a trailer on Kings Highway on June 13th. They say the trailer was later returned to the owner.
He has been charged with felony theft, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass third degree.
Rowan was also recently charged with his seventh DUI following a crash in Hartly.
